Most people asking that can i put  money for fixed deposit  prior to mature ?

No , In Fixed deposit you can not add additional funds to the existing fd account.
But in  Flexible fixed deposit you can add additional  funds. Keep in mind that Flexible deposit rates are much low than the fixed deposits.

On usaa you  can add flexible fixed deposit. Most south asian countries like srilanka  , india , pakistan does not have that option
